Customer Service Representative (Part-time)
We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused individual to serve as a Part-Time DMV Representative. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the processing of vehicle registrations and license tags; collecting utility bills and other revenues; preparing and verifying a variety of reports and records; handling customer inquiries relating to Town services; and coordinating with the field services functions. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Minimum requirements are a High School diploma, supplemented by courses in business or accounting and experience in billing and collection operation involving multiple step tasks and collection methods or DMV licensing and titling procedures preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to obtain Notary Public.
